Meet Our Founder and Creative Director Isabelle Katarina Arriaga
Music Educator • Vocalist • Pianist • Songwriter
Isabelle Katarina Arriaga is a vocalist, pianist, songwriter, and music educator based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Originally from Texas, her musical style blends soulful vocals with Latin influence, R&B warmth, and pop sensibility — rooted in both emotional expression and strong technical foundation. Her music has been featured in film and television, and she actively performs while leading a thriving private studio teaching piano, voice, and songwriting to students of all ages.
She and her husband are the Founders of Oh I Like That Music Publishing, a company dedicated to supporting original music and expanding opportunities in film, television, and sync licensing. Through her work as both an artist and publishing founder, Isabelle brings real-world industry insight into her teaching and mentorship.
Rather than following a rigid path, Isabelle’s journey has been shaped by lived experience — performing, collaborating, teaching, and creating across diverse settings. Her holistic approach blends technique with creativity, confidence, and emotional awareness, helping students not only learn music, but truly connect with and express it.
Isabelle continues to perform, release music, grow her studio, and expand her publishing company while mentoring students both in-person and virtually. She is passionate about creating a supportive, inspiring environment where students feel empowered to grow at their own pace.
Victoria Lunde
VOCAL AND PIANO INSTRUCTOR PROFESSIONAL VOCALIST • SONG WRITER • MUSIC PRODUCER
Victoria Lunde is an accomplished vocal and piano instructor with over 25 years of training and performance experience spanning classical, jazz, gospel, pop, R&B, and contemporary music. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she brings a strong foundation in traditional musicianship alongside modern production expertise and real-world industry insight.
Her musical training began in early childhood with classical piano and music theory, alongside extensive vocal study. A versatile mezzo-soprano, Victoria has performed professionally across soprano and alto ranges and has appeared as a featured soloist for audiences of more than 10,000 people. She was a member of a nationally competitive women’s choir and jazz quartet, earning top honors at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival and Heritage Festivals in Honolulu and Los Angeles.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship Management from Boise State University, with prior studies in Music Business, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin. This diverse background allows her to guide students in both performance and the evolving music industry landscape.
In addition to teaching, she is a professional vocalist, songwriter, and vocal producer who has worked with Grammy-winning and multi-platinum production teams. Her experience includes film placements, demo vocals, and collaborations with nationally recognized artists. She teaches private voice, piano, and music production, focusing on healthy technique, music literacy, performance confidence, and creative expression.
Erick Fayard

Erick Fayard is a professional musician, songwriter, and educator based in Texas. With a background in television journalism and sports broadcasting, Erick brings a unique storytelling approach to both his music and his teaching.
As a performer, Erick has played across Texas and beyond, drawing from real-life experiences to create music that is honest, expressive, and deeply relatable. His work as a songwriter reflects a strong connection to storytelling, emotion, and authentic human experience.
Erick teaches piano, voice, and guitar, and works with students of all ages and skill levels. Known for his encouraging and engaging teaching style, he focuses on building confidence, creativity, and strong musical foundations while tailoring each lesson to the student’s individual goals and interests.
In addition to teaching and performing, Erick continues to write and collaborate on original music, bringing a well-rounded and real-world perspective into every lesson.
Erick is passionate about helping students discover their voice, develop their skills, and experience the joy of making music.
Dottye Gilbert

Dottye Gilbert, is a well established piano teacher, guitarist, tuba player, and Music Therapist in the Dallas Ft. Worth area. Music has always been apart of her life since an early age. Starting at a very young age, she started playing the piano by ear which not knowing would change her life. She is firm believer that music is a universal language and everyone can experience music in their own way by improving not only their musical skills but enhance their quality of life in every way. She started in middle school playing the tuba all the way through College earning her a Music Scholarship to Abilene Christian University. Then transferred to Texas Woman's University and UNT to study Music Therapy, education and performance. She has been a part of many bands and ensembles through out her career. She continued her studies as well in Piano. By having the ability to play by ear has really enhanced her skills in reaching out to all ages.
Along with performing on the piano and tuba she is a trained Music Therapist currently working her Board Certification. She has the training and experience to work with students of all ages with disabilities. By using music , She focuses her experience to enhance the emotional, physical, cognitive and spiritual quality of peoples lives. This has helped her to be the teacher she is today.
